MSLF undertakes nationally significant public interest litigation throughout the country, without charge (pro bono), on behalf of deserving clients who cannot afford to hire private counsel: (1) to uphold the rule of law; and (2) to change public attitudes regarding important matters of public policy. Thus, MSLF is always interested in learning about potential cases; however, not all cases meet MSLF's public interest criteria.
Although MSLF is interested in all nationally significant public interest litigation that involves constitutional liberties and the rule of law, MSLF's focus areas include:
- Freedom of Enterprise
- Private Property Rights
- Access to and Use of Federal and State Lands and Resources
- Endangered Species Act and Other Environmental Laws
- Rights and Liberties Guaranteed by the Constitution
- Limited and Ethical Government
In addition, all litigation must meet MSLF's public interest criteria. [ Download PDF ]
To contact MSLF about a potential case, please fill out the form below. Be advised that submitting this form does not mean that MSLF or its attorneys are agreeing to represent you.
