Respect for Privacy RightsAs a nonprofit, public-interest legal foundation, Mountain States Legal Foundation respects the privacy rights of all visitors to its web site and supporters of its public interest litigation. Information CollectionMountain States Legal Foundation will collect personally identifiable information from visitors to its web site only on a voluntary basis, which is gathered by having visitors fill out and submit a form on this site.
